Tom Clark

Tom Clark was originally the bassist, then the guitar player for Blatant Dissent. Tom was born and raised in Dekalb, then went to Northern Illinois University, where BD was formed. Tom left BD and moved to New York City, where he's currently in Tom Clark and the High Action Boys
