Disturbing Records was a label that was run by the folks in The Cunts. They released quite a few records in the late 70s and early 80s. Since they released at 4 different records before 1981 by three different bands (beating Autumn, Ruthless and Wax Trax by a couple years), it wouldn't be a stretch to call them the first true punk rock label in Chicago.
