No Punks in the Pit is a compilation EP released by Shakefork Records in 1991. It was meant to be released with the Decline of the Western Suburbs compilation as a double 7" EP but the label couldn't afford the pressing costs and Decline... was released separately. 500 copies of "No Punks in the Pit" were pressed, 400 copies on black vinyl and 100 copies on gold vinyl. The cover features a picture of Mike Welsch from Target, who appear on the "Decline..." compilation (alternately, Bob Fogarty of Ivy League appears on the cover of "Decline..."). There is an alternate cover which features a picture of a cow nursing some pigs. This cover was issued because the regular covers were not ready when the records were first sold.
