Immune System was a short-lived Chicago new wave band which released at least one single "Ambivalence & Spark Plugs" b/w "Submerged" on their own Immune System label in 1979. They were profiled in Gabba Gabba Gazette #9 (Nov/Dec. 78), which also contained a contest to "Win a Date with the Immune of your choice". (It is unknown if anyone actually won). According to one report, Al Jourgenson was briefly a member following the release of this single.
Poison Squirrel was a spin off of Immune System
