M.O.S.H. were a hardcore band that formed out of the ashes of Lost Cause in the late 80s and early 90s. The band comprised of Lost Cause minus Joe Kelly and added Lance Walker on vocals. MOSH recorded a demo record and used to play shows at the Iron Rail. MOSH started out meaning "Mean Obnoxious Shit Heads" but changed it to "Mean Obnoxious Shroom Heads" after the Iron Rail wouldn't let them play with such an offensive name.
