Bill Stephens was the final guitarist for Naked Raygun, from 1990-1992. He also played the 1997 reunion shows at the Metro. He recorded the final Naked Raygun LP, Raygun...Naked Raygun.

  • Was in school in Washington DC when Raygun came calling
  • Before NR, Stephens was in the band Product 19
  • Only had one week to learn the entire catalog
  • After NR, he was a member of The Tarts
