The Drill were a band from Evanston who according to Last Rites #1 were "into Oi/English" sound. They played their first show in January, 1983 opening up for The Exploited at The Metro. In MRR #7 (July/August 1983) they were broken up for unknown reasons. MRR #7 also called them "Chicago's first Oi! band"
