Chuck Uchida was the guitarist for The Defoliants during the mid-to-late-80s. After the Defoiliants, Uchida ran the Attica Recording Studio in Wicker Park (recording acts included Apocalypse Hoboken, Trepan Nation, Old 97s and Los Crudos) and also ran Club Foot for a period. Chuck also played guitar in No Empathy from 1990 to 1996. He is currently in The Sonnets.
