Noe Boudreau was the co-owner/DJ of La Mere Vipere and wrote in the first issue of the first Chicago fanzine, Gabba Gabba Gazette. He therefore holds a unique title in Chicago punk history - he contributed to the first Chicago (and national) punk club and its first zine. Noe passed away from AIDS
