Chuck Uchida was the guitarist for The Defoliants during the mid-to-late-80s. After the Defoiliants, Uchida ran the Attica Recording Studio in Wicker Park (acts included Trepan Nation, Old 97s and Los Crudos) and also ran Club Foot for a period. He is currently in The Sonnets.
