History
After repeated and obsessive viewings of the Todd Haynes documentary "Superstar, the Karen Carpenter Story," Mark Weissburg, Hynden Walch, and Marc Francouer formed The Dead Carpenters sometime around 1990. Alas, they only performed live once before falling into the punk rock abyss.
