Special Affect was a Chicago "punk/glam/new wave" band from the late 1970s until the early 80s. Three of the members of Special Affect, members of the Industrial groups Ministry (Al), My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult (Frankie) and Concrete Blonde (Harry).
