Hi there, thanks for the updates to the site! This is a long standing wiki that specifically focuses on the Chicago scene, at this point it is pretty settled in its scope and has been for over a decade.

While I agree that the domain name may not have been a perfect fit given the narrow scope, we really don't have the user base or reach to make this something all encompassing. It's just a small wiki I put up ages ago, it gets little traffic and only has maybe 3 semi-regular contributors for new content - all of whom do so because of their ties to Chicago.

I'm going to edit the pages to put back the info about it applying to Chicago and add back my contact info. Finding my email on the about page is the main way people reach out to me and I've had old members and bands provide valuable info to me via email. I do like the way you cleaned up the about page though, it definitely reads better and I'll keep most of that. Gantry (talk) 12:42, 16 February 2023 (UTC)
