Tom Best was a part of the early 1980 Chicago punk scene, specifically years 1982 and 1983. In addition to putting out Disorderly Conduct, he took the photos of [[Negative Element]] that wound up on their 7"EP, 'Yes, We Have No Bananas.' He also wrote the lyrics to one of their songs, "Dough Boy."
