Santiago Durango was a founding member of Naked Raygun and lead guitarist for Big Black. He was also a founding member of Silver Abuse while in high school. Around 1989, Durango formed Arsenal with Chicago punk veteran Pierre Kezdy.

- Currently works as a lawyer
- First met fellow Big Black member Dave Riley while throwing up in the Cubby Bear's bathroom sink.
- Durango was rumored to be playing at the 2005 O'Banion's reunion, but it did not happen.
