Indecent Liberties was all female band with ex-members (Lori Steinberg & Lori Peter) of Gross National Product. They were called a new band in the March 1985 issue of Maximum Rock n' Roll #23. They were announced in a writeup of the Chicago scene by Eric Brockman.
