Warren "Fish" Fischer is a former punk rock musician. Today, he is best remembered for his stint as the bass player for Screeching Weasel, a spot he filled from early 1988 until early 1989, appearing on the band's 2nd LP, Boogadaboogadaboogada!. Prior to Screeching Weasel, Warren had been the guitarist and vocalist in a duo known as The Ozzfish Experience. According to Ben Weasel's liner notes in the original version of Kill The Musicians, Warren left Screeching Weasel during a blowout fight following a tour. John "Jughead" Pierson stated that he felt that Warren seemed to lose interest in the band and punk rock in general, which were his reasons for leaving.

Warren has worked as a teacher since leaving Screeching Weasel.
