My name is jamie, I was active in the Chicago punk scene since '89 technically when my brother would take me to all ages shows. By 1995 I was immersed in the scene at that time and played in the band Blue Collar (not to be confused with Blue Collar Nation). We played briefly at The Underground Lounge on weekends, Silvies on punk rock nights, etc. I wrote for a few small zines.
I am a journalist by trade and am glad to be a part of contributing to this very needed and important Wiki.
