Swingset was a ska-punk band that played shows at [[The Fireside Bowl]], suburban [[Off the Alley]], etc. from 1996 to 1998. They were a 3 piece with a trumpet player, vocalist/bassist, and drummer. What makes them worthy of mention is the fact that they were a 3 piece that managed to maintain and write melodic strong pieces and perform them well. They are on several compilations.
