Rodney Anderson was the drummer, lead singer and main songwriter for Seismic Waves. He was also the host of the WNUR radio show Fast and Loud, which lead to the release of the Middle of America compilation. After Seismic Waves broke up, Anderson played guitar in surf band 007 and Tranquility Bass. He was also in The Measure, Zebratones, Theory on Blondes, Incubators, Booty Froot, D-Settlement, Buttafly, Chill'd Martinis and Legendary Upper Cuts. Rodney grew up in Evanston.
