Rick Radtke was the lead singer and song writer for the Chicago Punk Band "Problem Dogs".  The band later moved to Los Angeles as "Pirate Radio".  After retiring from the music scene for many years, he became a "webcasting pioneer" on LIVE365 broadcasting oldtime radio programs as OTRNow and then returned to music as the "Fat Ass Champions in 2008.
