Mike McDonough became Six Feet Under's second bass player sometime in early 1983. During his stint with the band, memorable shows were with Husker Du at Exit, and MDC and the Antibodies at the band's practice space on Chicago, near Ashland. After leaving the band, Ray and Don held his Marshall amp head hostage for alleged back-payment of practice space rent. He currently works as a lawyer in Chicago.
