Ken Bronowski played lead guitar with the Skafish band from 1979 until 1985, when the IRS recording and touring lineup officially disbanded. He performed on both IRS albums, Skafish and Conversation, and appeared in the Lorimar film, Urgh! A Music War. Ken moved to Los Angeles in the early 80's in order to work as a recording engineer, finding steady audio production work with Beach Filmworks in Redondo. Throughout the late 80's, he also performed with his band Temper Temper. In 1988, Ken joined Hollywood actor and screenwriter, Kario Salem's band, recording projects at both Tony Berg's Bel Air studio and at Beach Filmworks. In 1990, Ken relocated to the Chicago area and returned to school, eventually earning an advanced degree in Communication/TV Production from Purdue University. He currently teaches, performs music and operates a video production and audio recording business in the Chicago area.
