Jerkwater was a punk band from McHenry that existed in the early to mid 1990s. Today, they may be best remembered for helping to launch the career of Matt Skiba of the Alkaline Trio, which he formed with Jerkwater bassist Rob Doran. Guitarist Sean Seeling went on to play with Apocalypse Hoboken.
