Electric Cool-Aid were a band from East Peoria in the early-to-mid 1980s. They had 3 songs on the EMPTY SKULLS compilation in 1984, along with Chicago bands Out of Order and Rights of the Accused. They were founded by the Steppe brothers (Negative Element, ROTA)
