Corey Rusk, since 1982, has been the owner of Touch and Go Records. He is in control of just about all aspects of Touch and Go and is almost universally loved and respected by the bands on his label. Originally from Maumee, Ohio (where he was a bass player for the seminal hardcore band Necros), Rusk moved to Chicago in 1986. In 2009, Rusk announced that he was scaling back Touch and Go's operations. He continues to run the label, which now primarily serves to maintain its back catalog. Rusk now lives in Seattle, WA.
