Brian Gay was the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of Savage Beliefs. He later played in the Watchmen in the mid to late '80s, Buzzmuscle in the early '90s, and the Indicators in the mid '90s. He was originally from Washington DC and was the original bass player for seminal hardcore band Government Issue.
